One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Partner Enablement Manager in United States.

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Partner Enablement Manager to lead and scale impactful enablement programs tailored to diverse partner types. This individual will be responsible for onboarding, training, and equipping partners with effective tools, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and go-to-market priorities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, the ideal candidate will craft high-quality content and drive adoption through live training, collaboration, and continuous optimization. Accountabilities:

  • Design and launch scalable partner enablement programs aligned with sales motions and GTM priorities
  • Develop role-based learning paths and onboarding experiences to accelerate partner productivity
  • Create sales playbooks, toolkits, eLearning modules, and field-ready content that support partner success
  • Translate complex solutions into clear, actionable resources for partner-facing teams
  • Support new product launches with relevant partner training and go-to-market materials
  • Partner with sales, product marketing, and solution architects to drive enablement content adoption
  • Deliver training during live sessions, webinars, and events such as QBRs or kickoffs
  • Collect field feedback and continuously refine enablement materials for impact
  • 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
  • Demonstrated ability to independently build and launch enablement programs and content
  • Strong experience creating sales playbooks, presentations, and digital learning assets
  • Proficiency with enablement platforms such as PRM, LMS, and CMS systems
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong communication, presentation, and project management abilities
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
  • Must have the legal right to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship provided
  • Competitive base salary ($146,000 – $200,000 USD)
