This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Apollo.io. We are currently looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager in the United States.
This is a high-impact role for a growth-minded marketing leader passionate about using data, automation, and AI to shape the customer journey. You will own key parts of the full-funnel lifecycle strategy—from onboarding to retention—and craft personalized campaigns that drive conversion, product adoption, expansion, and loyalty. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing, you’ll be empowered to lead experimentation, leverage powerful tech tools, and help define how prospects become long-term advocates in a fast-paced, AI-native environment.
Accountabilities:
- Design and execute full-funnel lifecycle campaigns—onboarding, adoption, upsell, retention—tailored by behavior, tier, and segment.
- Continuously optimize early-stage journeys to maximize product activation and free-to-paid conversion.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to create timely, relevant messaging for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop data-driven churn prevention strategies, including signal-based journeys and high-touch Customer Success interventions.
- Launch and analyze high-volume experiments using first-party data and AI-enhanced workflows.
- Integrate AI into lifecycle operations for campaign QA, reporting, and journey design at scale.
- Act as a strategic connector between lifecycle, GTM, and product teams to synchronize messaging and timing.
- Work with RevOps and Marketing Ops to build analytics infrastructure that supports actionable insight across the user lifecycle.
- 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS with a focus on lifecycle marketing and CRM-integrated campaign strategy.
- Strong command of marketing automation tools such as Customer.io, Braze, Iterable, Marketo, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to design experiments, interpret lifecycle data, and convert insights into action.
- Proven success collaborating with cross-functional teams in high-growth environments.
- Comfortable using AI to write, optimize, and scale lifecycle programs.
- Clear communication skills, proactive mindset, and strong ownership of performance outcomes.
