One of our companies is currently looking for a Sales Development Representative in the United States.

We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support growth by identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. As the first point of contact with potential clients, you’ll play a key role in shaping the customer experience and fueling the sales pipeline. You'll manage inbound leads, generate outbound prospects, and partner closely with marketing and senior sales reps to convert interest into opportunity. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys learning, and is passionate about sales and technology. Accountabilities:

  • Engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and Outreach
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to align efforts and ensure lead quality
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurately update CRM (Salesforce) and sales enablement tools
  • Drive outreach campaigns and follow up with prospects to schedule meetings and demos
  • Support demand-generation efforts, events, and campaigns to create new business opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for prospecting and qualified leads
  • Partner with teammates to strategize and improve outreach tactics
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales or lead generation (inbound/outbound)
  • Demonstrated experience with cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Orum, etc.)
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to receive coaching and feedback
  • Preferred: background in audit, accounting, or finance
