Outbound Sales Development Representative (Remote - UK)

One of our companies is currently looking for an Outbound Sales Development Representative in the UK.
This is a high-impact role for a motivated SDR ready to level up and work alongside experienced Account Executives targeting enterprise accounts. As an Outbound SDR, you’ll be responsible for driving pipeline across the DACH and English-speaking markets. You’ll use modern prospecting tools, engage senior stakeholders, and play a critical role in outbound strategy. This is not an entry-level role—you’re someone who’s already proven themselves in SaaS sales and now wants to sharpen their skills, grow into a closing role, and thrive in a high-performance, supportive team environment.
Accountabilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and personalized campaigns
- Partner with Account Executives to develop account strategies and multi-threaded outreach
- Identify, engage, and qualify senior decision-makers (Directors, VPs, C-level)
- Use tools like Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and AI assistants to operate at scale
- Maintain detailed records of outreach activity and results within the CRM
- Support field events and virtual campaigns to generate pipeline opportunities
- Stay informed on industry trends and company solutions to tailor your outreach
- Contribute to a collaborative team culture focused on growth and shared success
- 1+ years of experience in a SaaS SDR or BDR role, with a track record of success
- Fluent in both English and German (supporting DACH and English-speaking markets)
- Strong outbound prospecting skills, including cold calling and email outreach
- Familiarity with modern sales tools: Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset
