One of our companies is currently looking for a Director of Product Marketing, Security in the United States.
This role is a high-impact leadership opportunity to shape the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for a rapidly expanding Security product portfolio within a cutting-edge software delivery platform. As Director of Product Marketing, Security, you will define messaging and positioning that establish the company as a category leader in DevSecOps and secure software delivery. You will collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives. Your work will be central to product launches, competitive differentiation, and customer engagement. This fully remote role requires deep expertise in Application Security and an ability to drive global marketing execution.
Accountabilities:
- Develop and lead the GTM strategy for Security products, ensuring alignment with market trends and buyer needs
- Create and refine messaging frameworks, value propositions, and product narratives to support launches and campaigns
- Produce high-quality content across multiple formats: pitch decks, blogs, briefs, and videos
- Train and enable Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams with playbooks and objection-handling tools
- Act as a thought leader at security events, webinars, and conferences
- Work closely with Product Management to guide roadmap decisions through market intelligence
- Lead competitive and market research initiatives and source customer success stories
- Mentor and potentially grow a team of product marketers focused on Security
- 10+ years in product marketing, product management, or GTM roles, including 3+ years in leadership
- Proven experience owning GTM strategy for security or DevSecOps solutions in the SaaS space
- Strong domain knowledge in Application Security, Cloud Security, or Secure SDLC
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills; ability to simplify complex technical topics
- Demonstrated collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve business results
- Executive presence with strong writing, presenting, and leadership capabilities
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Bonus: experience marketing to developers, security engineers, or compliance teams
- Competitive base salary ($240,000–$270,000 USD)
