You will lead targeted marketing initiatives to support expansion, customer engagement, and retention, working across teams to deliver results that directly influence revenue. Accountabilities:
- Design and execute global B2B marketing programs that engage existing customers and drive expansion opportunities.
- Deliver quarterly, end-to-end campaign strategies including segmentation, messaging, performance KPIs, and sales enablement.
- Lead initiatives such as case studies, testimonials, third-party reviews, and account-based marketing efforts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Campaigns, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Lifecycle, Sales, and Customer Success to align on strategy and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and leverage data visualization tools to track ROI and adjust tactics for optimization.
- Support Sales and BDRs through campaign reporting, training, and ongoing feedback loops to improve conversion efforts.
- Analyze customer behavior trends and integrate insights into campaign refinement and lifecycle marketing strategies.
- Manage ad hoc marketing initiatives and contribute to ongoing team process improvements.
- Proven experience in customer, growth, or demand generation marketing within a SaaS or IT environment.
- Strong ability to balance high-level strategic thinking with hands-on campaign execution.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a focus on lifecycle messaging tailored to buyer stages.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights for measurable outcomes.
- Collaborative and cross-functional approach, working well with diverse teams across marketing and sales functions.
- Deep customer empathy, with an understanding of pain points, motivations, and engagement patterns.
- Organized and autonomous; capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote-first setting.
- Familiarity with marketing tools like Marketo, Salesforce, 6sense, ZoomInfo, or project management platforms like Monday.com is a plus.
- Experience in cybersecurity or working with technical products is a bonus.
