They are currently seeking a temporary Project Manager in Sales to join them in their Los Angeles - Beverly Hills office!

The successful candidate will be someone that is has strong analytical experience and can review data and summarize reports

Position details:

  • Target start date: Immediate!
  • Hours/week: approximately 29
  • Pay range: $40-$41/hour

What you'll do:

  • Identify, lead, and execute programs that optimize and improve the level of agent service and engagement in Southern California and Hawaii, collaborating with functional leaders and driving company priorities forward.
  • Coordinate cross-functional agent-first initiatives, successfully partnering across the organization locally (Marketing, AEM, and Sales Managers) to ensure proper cadence and prioritization.
  • SPOA for Sales Meeting, Workshop coordination, agent education calendar management, and weekly SM product content
  • Help drive key initiatives born both locally and nationally including product and program launches/pushes, business building initiatives, and all agent-facing communications
  • Project manager duties include activity/resource planning, organizing/motivating the AEM team, analyzing/managing project risk, monitoring progress, and managing reports and necessary documentation.
  • Work closely with Regional Operations Manager to ensure regular tracking and reporting of regional projects
  • Other AEM and Agent Facing tasks.
  • Manage a cross-functional content calendar outlining all Agent-facing initiatives giving a comprehensive view of everything we are pushing out to Agents on a local level (inclusive of National initiatives), including but not limited to efficiency tactics (like Segmentation and Shared Services), process updates (like new Finance programs), on top of the significant Product and Productivity updates
  • SPOAs for Productivity (i.e., Concierge, Bridge Loans) and all Product Launches [GTM]

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be:

  • a high driver, with experience with Excel
  • strong ability to analyze data and numbers
