What this job involves
- Assist APM/PM in documents preparation and compilation, such as Project Schedule Report, Procurement and Contract documents to ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
- Assist reviewing drawings from LDI and inspect construction work so as to make sure that all site works are in strict accordance with blue drawings and Client’s requirement.
- Assist construction manager checking the progress, quality, and safety of the on-site structure, decoration, and outdoor construction, and manage day-to-day project delivery.
- Assist building a good relationship with the government bureau and related companies in order to get construction permits and related certificates.
- Attend PCG meetings (Project Control Group) and prepare meeting minutes.
- Assist in technical handover such as making a defection list and tracking the rectification measures taken by contractors.
- Assist in the maintenance of the online Project App System used to manage projects.
- Monitor and Enforce safety & ethic on-site projects and in the JLL office.

Required
Education /Work Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or above graduate in 2024/2025, major in Civil Engineering, Construction Management/Project Management/Architecture/Interior Design or other property-related disciplines. Overseas study background is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction practices and techniques, contract documentation, project management & control systems, and building support systems for Real Estate/Retail/Office/Commercial Complex/Shopping Mall/Hotel/Industrial greenfield /Interior Fit-out project etc.
- Familiar with relevant national and local regulations and policies, design and construction technical specification, government permit approval process and quality acceptance etc.
Technical and Administrative Skills:
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD suite. Well-practiced in Power Point for presentations.
- Strong sense of team cooperation. Excellent interpersonal skills and problem-solving ability.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, responsible and devoted to work with proven skills and track record.
- Independent, resourceful, possess a keen ability to learn, and with excellent work ethic. Proficient in Excel, Word to complete analysis & reports.
- Be driven to succeed and love achieving challengeable goals.
- Able to work under pressure, be willing to travel around and can accept work on site.
