Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules and resources to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for project managers and clients.
  • Organize documentation, including meeting notes, project plans, and status updates.
  • Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Support financial tracking and budget management related to project expenditures.
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project coordination or related roles in a consulting environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage various project aspects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
