This is a hybrid role based out of our San Francisco office. Office attendance is required at least twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays for collaboration and connection. There may be additional in-office days for team or company events.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Technology Partner G&A Leader to join our Business Technology team, focused on developing and executing our stakeholders strategy. This role will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical implementation, with a particular focus in G&A functions: People, IT, Finance, Legal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve Ironclad's end-to-end technology roadmap across the G&A journey

  • Define a scalable technology strategy that supports core workflows and platform extensibility

  • Write clear, actionable, and technically-sound process and product requirements that balance user needs with architectural best practices

  • Partner closely with engineering leads and architects to scope, design, and deliver robust and secure technology solutions

  • Prioritize a wide range of stakeholder needs using strategic thinking, data insights, and a strong product sense

  • Deeply understand systems pain points, and workflows across IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and up/downstream business workflows

  • Lead discovery and research with users, architects, and implementation partners

  • Be the subject matter expert and thought leader on systems integrations both internally and externally

  • Collaborate with third-party partners in ERP, HCM to ensure compatibility and explore extensibility into adjacent tooling

  • Partner cross-functionally with G&A, Technology, and design to deliver impactful and measurable outcomes

  • Monitor success metrics, customer adoption, and performance of integrations; iterate based on feedback and usage data

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of G&A product ownership experience in B2B SaaS with a strong focus on enterprise integrations and APIs

  • Deep technical understanding of system architectures, data models, authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth2, SAML), and integration patterns (e.g., webhooks, ETL, middleware)

  • Proven ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders and engineering to drive technical design conversations and trade-offs

  • Excellence in writing clear product requirements and translating complex systems into intuitive user experiences

  • Strong strategic thinking and prioritization skills—balancing short-term needs with long-term platform evolution

  • Demonstrated product sense, judgment, and ability to identify high-leverage problems and opportunities

  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with cross-functional collaboration and a customer-first mindset

  • Hands-on experience working with enterprise platforms such as Bamboo, Lattice, Workday, Netsuite, Okta, Snowflake, Coupa, and Slack

Base Salary Range: $135,000 - $165,000

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based at our San Francisco headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors, including individual proficiency, anticipated performance, and the location of the selected candidate. Our base salary is just one component of Ironclad’s competitive total rewards package, which also includes equity awards (a new hire grant, along with opportunities for additional awards throughout your tenure), competitive health and wellness benefits, and a commitment to career growth and development.
