About the Job: 

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to join our MediaMath team as the Senior Manager of Client Success for the Enterprise business unit focused on Agency clients. The Senior Manager of Client Success is responsible for managing relationships with our agency clients and devising and implementing growth plans for their advertising businesses. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth.

What you'll be doing:

  • You will be responsible for managing the relationships of some of our agency clients.
  • Client Success is the primary point of contact for service delivery across Professional Services as well as project managers for onboarding (activation of solution design) and product activation.
  • They diagnose and coordinate with necessary MediaMath resources in order to achieve the client’s goals.
  • Own and develop strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Help Agency clients build successful advertising offerings to run on Infillion, including assisting with client sales and marketing, client operations, and product decisions.
  • Project manage client onboarding and implementation process including product, channel, and partner activation, campaign launches, and ad-hoc projects.
  • Coordinate resource management and allocation and control activities across Professional Services teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on budget.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for delivery and activation questions from the client and issue resolution as needed (i.e., communication and expectation setting, raising tickets).
  • Understand and communicate relevant new products, features, and capabilities as they become available and ensure successful deployment and activation with your clients.
  • Creating and streamlining processes and workflow.
  • Creating client staffing plans across Sales and Professional Services.
  • Client Training (facilitating educational programs).

Who you Are: 

  • Experienced within the Agency industry with 5+ years of direct work history at either (a) agencies managing media or (b) ad technology companies supporting and/or selling agencies media buying technology
  • Deep knowledge of programmatic advertising, the market dynamics, the tools, the workflows 
  • A visionary thinker who thrives on solving complex partnership challenges.
  • Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities with a global perspective.
  • Committed to continuous learning in a collaborative environment.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of distilling key partnership concepts for a diverse audience.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
  • A team player who values collaboration and mutual success.

What you have: 

  • Is experienced with managing enterprise-level clients, dealing with key stakeholders, and focused on account retention and growth.
  • Experienced in online advertising account management, marketing consulting, and/or brand management or yield optimization.
  • An experienced people manager, with proven experience of creating development plans for their team.
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years of experience working within the Programmatic industry, specifically within a client services team.
  • A background in both Strategy and Activation.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Must be comfortable with MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
