Job Description

Join a leading energy trading company in the Baltics at the forefront of smart energy solutions! We are currently looking for a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales and Customer Support. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and spearheading our expansion in the innovative smart energy market. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets for our smart energy solutions
  • Leading, motivating, and managing our sales and customer support teams to deliver outstanding performance and customer satisfaction
  • Optimizing sales and customer support processes, leveraging CRM and other digital tools
  • Ensuring an exceptional customer journey and building lasting customer loyalty
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to enhance our offerings and market presence
  • Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (7+ years) in sales and customer support leadership, ideally within the energy, technology, or a related sector
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Proficiency with CRM software and customer support platforms
  • Solid understanding of sales principles, customer service best practices, and relevant legislative frameworks (e.g., consumer rights, data privacy)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Proficiency in Latvian and English (oral and written) as this role involves regular communication with international colleagues and partners
  • A passion for smart technology and sustainable energy solutions
