Position Overview 

We’re looking for a proactive and personable Client Relations Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for

prospective clients. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building

relationships through clear and warm communication, and is detail-oriented when it comes to follow-through.


Responsibilities


Client Communication & Coordination:

  • Respond to prospective client inquiries via email in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule and lead Zoom calls to walk prospective clients through our offerings and answer any questions
  • Follow up with leads to ensure a seamless onboarding or decision-making process
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and communications
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on client needs and expectations

Administrative Support:

  • Monitor office mail and flag or distribute as needed
  • Track and follow up on outstanding invoices
  • Support with light reporting and updates for the internal team
  • Assist with other general administrative tasks around the office as needed

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable and professional on Zoom/video calls
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to manage follow-ups without reminders
  • Experience in client services, sales coordination, or administrative support preferred
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM tools is a plus
