We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Supply Chain Data Analyst to join our team. This role focuses on transforming complex supply chain and operations data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. You will lead efforts in data modeling, business intelligence reporting, and performance analysis to improve operational efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
This is not a remote position — you must be available to work in the office Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Power BI dashboards and data visualizations that track supply chain and business performance.
- Use SQL, Python, DAX, and BI Tools to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
- Conduct root cause analysis and exploratory data reviews to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data needs and deliver customized analytics solutions.
- Design and automate recurring reports, KPI scorecards, and executive summaries.
- Present findings in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or supply chain analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling) Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building dashboards and visual reports that influence business decisions.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes (inventory, procurement, logistics) is a plus
