Summary:
The Recognition Program Data Analyst is responsible for organizing, analyzing, and distributing data related to the ATHOH recognition program across the corporation. This role ensures accurate data management, timely delivery of files to stakeholders and vendors, and insightful reporting on the program’s impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and maintain recognition program data from various sources
- Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and impacts of the recognition program
- Prepare and distribute data files to stakeholders, vendors, and other relevant parties
- Generate reports on program performance and impact, highlighting key findings
- Collaborate with program manager and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Provide recommendations for improving data collection and analysis processes
- Support the development and implementation of data-driven strategies for recognition program enhancement
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security policies
- Maintain, monitor, and update assigned business process and/or system
- Research complex problems and act independently to resolve
- Develop and provide documentation for users and training purposes
- Develop operational procedures for products, services, and systems supported
- Develop and generate specialized and ad hoc reports
- Analyze reports and make recommendations for improvements in processes and/or systems
- Provide technical support to business unit, customers, management, and other users
- Act as liaison between program vendors to ensure timely delivery of program recognition items
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a similar role, utilizing data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- High School diploma with 9 years of experience/education in a related field may be considered.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience with recognition programs or employee engagement initiatives is a plus
- Advanced degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, QlikView)
- Familiarity with recognition programs and their impact on employee engagement execution
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

Compensation Range:
The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
