Summary:
This position involves managing clients and transaction processes from start to finish with a supporting deal team, securing and/or executing ~$2mm +/- of business annually, in addition to your management role and demonstrating a commitment to the group’s success on new opportunities, mandates and overall growth.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop new business and help other teams by participating in pitches, as requested.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 12+ years of sell-side M&A or relevant investment banking experience (middle market is important)
- FINRA Series 79 Representative
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA)
- Proven management skills, from leadership to delegation, to mentoring, etc.
- Established network/personal brand credibility to enable expected business development
- Expert knowledge of capital markets, transaction legal matters & risk management
- FINRA Series 24 Registered Principal
Exempt Status: (Yes = not eligible for overtime pay) (No = eligible for overtime pay)

Compensation Range:
$250,000 AnnualThe compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan. In addition, Huntington provides a variety of benefits to colleagues, including health insurance coverage, wellness program, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid leave programs, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
