The Talent Acquisition Manager; PCO supports recruiters, business hiring leaders and C-suite executives. The Manager, Talent Acquisition works within specific guidelines and procedures; applies advanced technical knowledge to solve moderately complex problems; receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines approach, resources, schedules and goals.The Talent Acquisition Manager Primary Care Organization (PCO) manages Sr. Physician Recruiters and Sr. Operations Recruiter to support hiring into CenterWell Senior Primary Care and Conviva Senior Primary Care. Decisions are typically related to resources, approach, and tactical operations for projects and initiatives involving own departmental area. Requires cross departmental collaboration and conducts briefings and area meetings; maintains frequent contact with other managers across the department.

Required Qualifications
- 5 or more years of full-cycle recruitment or Physician Recruiting experience
- Experience in working with various recruiting platforms and Applicant Tracking Systems
- Minimum 2+yrs demonstrated formal people leadership experience in a Healthcare organization
- Value Based Care Knowledge
- High level of political savviness and professionalism
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Proven effective communication and consultative skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft office applications, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Prior experience analyzing data and metrics to implement change in departmental processes
- Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong decision making, leadership and/or motivational skills with the ability to coach, evaluate, train and provide constructive feedback to staff

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
