Digital Content Production Specialist Region Central Europe (m/f/d/)
Job Description
Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You contribute to customer engagement, brand strength, and sales growth by creating and executing customer-relevant content across local channels and campaigns. You ensure high-quality content delivery in email, push, social media, and hm.com by coordinating closely with production teams. You collaborate cross-functionally to align on goals and drive omni-channel performance, always with a focus on customer centricity and local relevance.
You will:
- Collaborate closely with Media Specialists and E-commerce teams to develop customer-relevant content tailored to target groups, optimized for each channel’s characteristics and best practices.
- Partner with key Media stakeholders, including the Owned Media Lead and Performance Media Lead, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience across all touchpoints.
- Based on global guidelines, templates and brand identity, create master content for owned media and hm.com for all local activities (full price & deals). This includes writing copy in English and native language, securing a relevant product assortment selection and composing layouts in existing templates.
- Brief and coordinate with the Regional Production Hub to manage translations, versioning, and publishing of local content, while also serving as the main point of contact for Media Specialists, the E-commerce team and the Production Hub on local content adaptations.
- Create variations of copy and content to support A/B testing across email, push, and hm.com, and analyze performance data to generate insights and shareable learnings.
- Immerse yourself in the needs and behaviors of different customer target groups to craft content that is relevant, engaging and aligned with their expectations.
- Use customer insights and data to ensure content is not only meaningful to the audience but also drives results aligned with set KPIs.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Digital Content Production Specialist, you are part of the Content Operations team within Customer Activation & Marketing (CA&M). You report to the Digital Content Production Manager and collaborate closely with fellow Digital Content Production Specialists, Copywriters & Content Coordinators. You also work cross-functionally with Content Production Specialists to ensure the accurate and timely execution of digital content across all touchpoints. Together, you support seamless content delivery that aligns with brand guidelines and enhances the overall customer experience.
