What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a Human Resources Business Partner - Stores, you’ll play a key strategic and operational role in shaping Hibbett’s field strategy. Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Partner with field leadership to align talent strategies with divisional goals, supporting organizational performance and long-term growth. 

  • Lead and resolve complex employee relations matters, ensuring legal compliance, effective conflict resolution, and a positive work environment. 

  • Develop and drive HR programs related to performance management, organizational development, succession planning, and leadership coaching. 

  • Use data and HR metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and recommend solutions that impact productivity, retention, and employee engagement. 

What We’re Looking For: 

We’re seeking a motivated professional who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about contributing to our mission to inspire self-expression from toe to head. The ideal candidate has: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, with 10+ years of HR experience and 3+ years in a leadership role. 

  • Deep expertise in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations, compensation, talent development, and employment law. 

  • Proven ability to coach, influence, and collaborate with executive and field leadership across a dynamic, multi-unit organization. 

  • Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
