As AI Program Manager, you will lead innovation-focused AI initiatives from ideation through validation, pilot, and scale. Working within our Innovation Hub or R&D function, you’ll coordinate multiple AI pilots and exploratory projects that could evolve into enterprise solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who is familiar with the ambiguity and experimentation typical of early-stage innovation — while maintaining rigor in program governance and value tracking.

YOU WILL

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of AI innovation programs across domains
  • Set program vision, structure workstreams, define deliverables, and manage budgets
  • Work closely with academic partners, start-ups, or external labs
  • Evaluate and de-risk AI PoCs (Proofs of Concept) through experimentation frameworks
  • Align innovation efforts with corporate strategy and future-state capabilities

YOU NEED

  • 7+ years of project/program management in innovation, AI, or emerging tech
  • Prior experience in corporate innovation labs or venture-building environments
  • PMP, SAFe, or Lean Portfolio Management certifications a plus
  • Strong understanding of the AI technology landscape and upcoming trends (e.g., generative AI, responsible AI, foundation models)
