This is more than a scheduling role—you’ll be an integral part of our recruitment process, screening applicants, managing communication, and keeping systems running efficiently.

🛠️ Your Key Responsibilities:
Schedule interviews across teams and time zones
Run initial screening interviews to evaluate communication and qualifications
Maintain accurate candidate data and stages in Recruiterflow
Draft job descriptions and manage applicant intake
Own candidate communications with care, speed, and professionalism
Work closely with recruiters to streamline hiring workflows and timelines
Support a high-quality candidate experience from first touch to close
🎯 What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in recruiting support or fast-paced hiring roles
Excellent communication skills—verbal and written
High attention to detail and calendar management
Experience with ATS tools and communication platforms like Slack
Strong initiative and problem-solving skills
Availability during PST or EST hours, full-time
