Job Description Summary

The Senior Sales Manager is responsible to manage relationship, strategy, and growth for identified high value key accounts covering Eastern Europe & Germany. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving long-term partnerships to ensure sustainable sales growth and profitability. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring that the quarterly sales performance against the key business metrics is aligned with the accounts planning actions, by leveraging the high-level relationships with key stakeholders. You will be involved in actively supporting issue resolutions across the whole ITR process, including deal closure negotiations, project execution challenges and Cash collection.
Collaboration will be key, as you foster effective and efficient communication across functional areas on both regional and global levels, aligning all efforts toward common business goals.

What you’ll do

  • Within a geographic area responsible for selling product(s), services, parts, solutions, or projects
  • Requires specialized knowledge across product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Requires strong commercial awareness, and is expected to influence the development of strategy for their broad sales territory, including control of resources.
  • Interprets simple internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Stays informed of industry trends that may inform work.
  • Uses high level of judgment to make decisions and handle complex tasks or problems within projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, campaigns or customers. Has ability to assess quality of information given and ask pertinent questions to stakeholders or customers. Able to offer new solutions to problems outside of set parameters and is able to construct and provide recommendations. Uses multiple internal and some external sources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
  • May lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' options on particular topics. May guide others to consider a different point of view.

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent experience ( or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • Major experience from relevant Sales fields.
  • Fluent English knowledge is essential 

  • Able to effectively energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
