ARGEN Engineer
Job Description
ARGEN Engineer will be responsible for engaging with customers, managing installations, and contributing to product improvements and testing of the ARGEN system. Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert guidance on ARGEN system installation and usage. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to familiarize customers with ARGEN's features and capabilities. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, offering technical support and assistance to ensure a positive customer experience. Lead ARGEN system installations at customer sites, ensuring seamless integration and functionality within the existing infrastructure. Configure and customize ARGEN solutions based on specific customer needs, ensuring alignment with their requirements and expectations. Troubleshoot and address any installation-related issues to guarantee smooth operation and functionality. Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for product enhancements and feature improvements based on customer feedback and industry trends. Participate in product testing, identifying and documenting any bugs or issues, and assisting in the development of solutions or workarounds. Work closely with customers to gather valuable insights and feedback, analyzing the data collected to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Utilize collected data to conduct in-depth analyses, identifying trends, patterns, and areas of potential enhancement in the ARGEN product. Collaborate with outsourced manufacturer of ARGEN units on design change implementations, including design review and RoHS, CE and other relevant compliances.

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Education requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field
Experience requirements: 2 years of experience in an engineering role related to polymer/biopharmaceutical analysis instrumentation
Special Skills or Other Requirements
Work experience must include:
- Analytical tools MALS, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy
- HMIs, data collection and analysis from MALS, Fluorescence Spectroscopy, Raman Spectroscopy
- Real-time monitoring of biopharmaceutical production processes
- CAD software Onshape, Solidworks and product documentation
Travel requirements: 15 % domestic travel
