FleetFox is an asset-light managed marketplace, active in 11 cities across 6 EU countries, servicing car-sharing, delivery, utility, and other B2B fleets. Driven by our technology, we’re saving clients 35-60% on their fleet ops, and streamlining their operations on scale.

We are looking for a Global Support Operations Specialist to ensure our operations are running smoothly in all our markets. The role is based at our HQ team. This is an operations-heavy role where you’ll ensure global processes are followed and assist markets operations in a fast-paced environment.

YOU'LL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF:

Fox Onboarding & Offboarding Management:

    • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for Foxes.
    • Facilitate contract signings, create accounts, and maintain documentation.
    • Coordinate closely with local operations teams, customers and Foxes to ensure compliance and completeness of onboarding.
    • Prepare and distribute welcome communications, including account credentials and detailed operational instructions.

Operational Support:

    • Provide day-to-day support to Foxes, addressing and resolving requests related to order management such as adding extra services, completing orders, and uploading photos.
    • Conduct checks and validations of extra services added to orders by Foxes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Communicate with Foxes / Local Ops regarding recurring issues.

LiveOps and Support Development:

    • Actively identify operational & technical inefficiencies in the LiveOps and Support domains.
    • Propose actionable improvements and innovative ideas to enhance operational effectiveness and service quality.

Cross-Team Communication & Coordination:

    • Act as a reliable communication bridge between HQ and local operational teams, ensuring seamless information flow and consistent execution of operational standards.

Data & Documentation Management:

    • Keep relevant Knowledge Bases updated
    • Make sure all existing Foxes are compliant (Driver’s Licences, VISAs, etc.)
    • Collect necessary data from Local Ops on weekly basis
  • Experience: 2+ years in a Operations Specialist / Customer Success / Support Specialist, or similar role.
  • Industry fit: A strong connection in tech-driven, B2B, and operations-heavy sectors, ideally with keywords like Mobility, Marketplace, Gig Economy, Automotive, Services, Logistics, etc.
