Flat6Labs, the MENA region’s leading seed and early-stage VC firm, has launched the Shell Intilaaqah Impact Program to empower 1,000 Egyptian entrepreneurs through various stages: Ideation Sessions, Bootcamps, Demo Day, and Acceleration.

The program fosters innovation, entrepreneurship, and sustainable economic growth in Egypt.

About the Role

As an Admin Assistant, you will help to support the day-to-day operations of one of our flagship programs in Egypt. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting entrepreneurship. You’ll be working closely with the Program Manager and broader team to ensure the smooth execution of program logistics, operations, and communications.

Main Responsibilities

Program Operations & Logistics

  • Provide administrative and logistical support throughout the program cycle (selection, onboarding, bootcamps, mentorship, demo day, etc.).
  • Help coordinate startup-related activities, including workshops, mentoring sessions, site visits, and events.
  • Manage scheduling and room bookings for program-related sessions and meetings.
  • Maintain and update program documentation, databases, and internal tracking tools.

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a point of contact for program participants, mentors, and guest speakers.
  • Support in preparing communications and follow-ups with startups and stakeholders.
  • Assist in drafting and formatting internal reports, presentations, and feedback summaries.

Administrative Support

  • Handle program-related purchases, invoices, and petty cash in coordination with the finance team.
  • Support travel bookings and logistics for mentors or guests participating in the program.

Events & Engagement

  • Assist with the setup and execution of events (orientation sessions, pitch days, etc.).
  • Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and venues when needed.

  • 2–3 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced or program-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Arabic.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stakeholders with attention to detail and discretion.

Bonus if You Have

  • Experience working in startup support programs or accelerator environments.
  • Event coordination or community management experience.
