The Role
Join our product team as a Senior Product Manager focused on platform infrastructure and workflows that power financial advisors, client experience teams, and internal operations. You'll own the technology platform that ensures seamless operations, provides flexible configuration options for advisors, and supports scalable client service delivery. This role combines platform infrastructure ownership with data strategy - defining data requirements, managing vendor relationships, and enabling new data capabilities that support advisor workflows and AI-powered features.
Your Impact
- Own internal tools used by advisors and client experience teams including task management and workflow automation, user settings and permissions management (roles, access tiers, configurations), operational dashboards for client and account status tracking, and audit trails, notifications, and user-level controls
- Drive development of client-facing applications with demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment in designing intuitive user experiences across Client, Advisor, and Operations workflows
- Partner closely with client experience, operations, compliance, and design teams to deliver scalable tools that reduce manual support requirements
- Drive usability improvements across key infrastructure components and cross-functional processes
- Support client-side functionality where connected, including onboarding configuration and permissions to view/manage accounts
- Collaborate on shared platform infrastructure related to investment workflows such as automated cash management and workflow triggers
- Define and execute non-investment data initiatives by identifying data requirements and use cases, evaluating and comparing vendor solutions (e.g., financial data providers, market data vendors), and supporting engineering and data teams with testing and validating integration quality
The Ideal Match
- 4–8 years of product management experience with strong systems and internal tools thinking
- Experience working cross-functionally with customer experience, operations, compliance, and engineering teams
- Consumer-facing PM experience with demonstrated ability to design intuitive user experiences
- Comfortable working with APIs and technical implementation details
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Bonus Points
- Background in fintech, SaaS admin tooling, or platform infrastructure
- Experience with financial data vendors and integrations
- Previous experience in wealth management or financial services
- Technical background or engineering experience
