Friendship Hospital for Animals, a leading AAHA- accredited hospital located in Washington D.C. is seeking a dedicated Client Care Manager to lead our client-facing operations teams for both our Primary Care and Specialty & Emergency Center. About the role:
The Client Care Manager at Friendship Hospital for Animals leads client-facing operations across our Primary Care and Specialty & Emergency locations. This role oversees front desk teams and in-hospital pharmacy functions, ensuring consistent service standards, efficient workflows, and strong support for both clients and clinical staff. Some of your responsibilities include managing scheduling, check-in/check-out, and pharmacy operations; supervising and developing Client Service Representatives and Dispensary Technicians; maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements; and resolving client concerns with empathy. The Manager also collaborates with leadership to enhance the overall client experience through continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate for this role is detail oriented, organized, and able to lead in a dynamic environment.
Schedule: This is a full-time position. Some flexibility is required based on hospital needs.

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in client services within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
- Demonstrated success managing large or multi-site front desk teams in a high-volume environment.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy or dispensary operations preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
