PRICING ANALYST - $60-70k + Incentives

Compensation: Includes a base salary plus an opportunity for a monthly incentive based on performance.

As our Revenue Pricing Analyst, you’ll be the go-to expert in shaping regional pricing strategies that maximize revenue and market share. This isn’t about sitting behind spreadsheets all day—this is hands-on, high-impact work that influences daily operations and business outcomes across multiple locations.

You will:

• Assess data from multiple sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends
• Develop and execute pricing strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Analyze competitor pricing and market movements to increase profitability
• Track customer engagement to inform strategic pricing decisions
• Partner with location General Managers to ensure optimal business performance
• Support customer satisfaction through effective inventory control
• Prepare and present reporting and analysis for senior management, sales, and marketing
• Drive market share growth in designated markets

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in the rental car industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and research abilities
• Excellent logistical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and proactive work style
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Competitive mindset with a strong work ethic
