Job Description

About Enable Dental

Enable Dental is a fast-growing, tech-enabled dental care organization delivering in-home and on-site services to complex populations—including those enrolled in PACE, I-SNP, and D-SNP programs. We operate at the intersection of care delivery and health plan partnership, supporting not only high-quality clinical services but also benefit administration, eligibility verification, utilization reporting, and compliance.

As we expand nationally, we are building a technology platform that enables scalable, efficient, and interoperable care—supported by data and AI as core enablers of our operational performance and market differentiation.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Vice President of Product and Engineering to lead the next stage of Enable Dental’s technology and platform evolution. This role is ideal for a leader with deep experience in either product or engineering who can oversee both functions with vision, structure, and cross-functional leadership. You will play a pivotal role in aligning technology delivery with strategic business priorities, especially in support of data-driven care coordination, partner-facing reporting, and operational excellence.

This position will lead the build-out of core platforms, oversee healthcare data integrations, and guide a roadmap that increasingly positions data—and the intelligence we derive from it—as a product. You will lead a growing team of engineers, product managers, and data specialists, and work closely with clinical, operational, business development, and payer strategy leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across the product and engineering functions.

  • Drive the design and execution of internal tools, external portals, and payer integrations that enable scalable delivery of services and data.

  • Develop systems that power partner-facing reporting, clinical performance tracking, benefit administration, and care coordination.

  • Lead Enable Dental’s data strategy, including the structure and use of reporting tools, transformation pipelines, and data products for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Oversee architecture and roadmap development for data integration with payer systems and EHRs, including support for interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, and EDI.

  • Champion the adoption of AI tools and intelligent automation, particularly for documentation, workflow optimization, and operational reporting.

  • Foster a culture of transparency, reliability, and scalability across both product and technical delivery teams.

  • Develop organizational maturity around requirements gathering, sprint execution, stakeholder engagement, and long-term platform planning.

  • 10+ years in product, engineering, or platform leadership in healthcare or related industries.

  • Experience working at the interface of care delivery, technology, and payer systems—especially in contexts involving benefit design, claims data, or care coordination.

  • Strong background in building and scaling data platforms, reporting frameworks, and integrating analytics into product and operational workflows.

  • Familiarity with interoperability protocols, payer data flows, and healthcare compliance requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and roadmaps in lean, dynamic environments.

  • Comfortable engaging with both executives and front-line stakeholders to translate strategic goals into scalable system design.

  • Experience implementing or managing AI-driven solutions is a strong plus.

Why This Role Matters

Enable Dental is redefining what it means to deliver care to vulnerable and underserved populations—while simultaneously building the infrastructure to serve as a trusted data and technology partner to payers. This role will be at the forefront of that transformation, ensuring that Enable’s technology stack not only supports care delivery but drives differentiation through scalable data services, intelligent automation, and seamless interoperability.
