OVERVIEW
The Financial Analyst III, EHC, is a key leader in the finance team, responsible for providing advanced financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision support within the healthcare organization.
This role involves overseeing complex financial projects, collaborating with executive leadership, and ensuring the financial health of the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide leadership in the development of financial policies and procedures.
- Play a pivotal role in the strategic planning process, offering financial perspectives.
- Evaluate potential business opportunities and provide financial insights.
- Lead the development and maintenance of advanced financial models.
- Analyze complex financial data and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Oversee the development and monitoring of annual budgets.
- Provide guidance on budgetary decisions and adjustments.
- Lead forecasting efforts, providing accurate and timely financial projections.
- Analyze industry trends and their impact on the organization's financial position.
- Oversee cost-benefit analysis for major projects and organizational initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and department heads to gather financial information.
- Offer financial insights and support to executive leadership in decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to assess the financial implications of strategic initiatives.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, mentoring and developing junior analysts.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred 3 years in financial planning and analysis Proven ability to guide and mentor a team.
