MRO Services Growth Programs Leader
Job Description
The MRO Services Growth Programs Leader is a global role that leads, develops, and aligns programs to grow aftermarket revenue using installed base and multiple MRO/Service strategies. This role allows ownership of MRO, parts and service program results while working with a global team of individuals driven to grow sales. The opportunity to work globally along with Global Industry Sales (GIS), Accredited Service Providers (ASP), FCV Strategic Business Units (SBU), and World Areas allows you to develop new partnerships to grow yourself and our business in a mutually beneficial way. AS The MRO Services Growth Programs Leader you will:
- Aligns with GIS and our global sales channels to ensure greenfield plant investments result in above market, profitable aftermarket growth
- Develop and maintain MRO/Services growth programs that support and align with World Areas, GIS, and SBUs and Final Control alignment opportunities
- Lead our global LCS/ASP service deliverables portfolio and differentiation playbook
- Develop program actions to increase Shutdown, Turnaround and Outage (STO) pursuit efficiency to grow maintenance event order volumes
- Lead funnel/ forecast, IIR/CRM tool, reporting consolidations, leading market indicator and data analytic global service activities with STO focus
- Use Presto, digital tools, site walkdowns, and plant asset reviews to increase growth rates
- Lead global QuickShip, Parts, and Lifecycle Services standard methodology cadences

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering related fields
- 5 years of work in aftermarket sales, service, marketing, or related experience required
- Proficient in crafting professional documents, presentations, and communications
- Experience optimally communicating at various levels of an organization
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided
Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:
- MBA, Marketing, or similar
