About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our CEO in overseeing multiple growing companies across a variety of industries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is eager to contribute at a high level.

In this role, you’ll help the CEO stay on track by handling administrative tasks, coordinating projects, and managing communication across different businesses. You’ll work closely with a visionary leader and gain hands-on experience in a range of industries.

Job Duties:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, managing schedules, meetings, and appointments across multiple businesses.
  • Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently for both domestic and international trips.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring high attention to detail.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of key meetings, including taking notes, tracking action items, and ensuring timely execution.
  • Manage confidential information with integrity, maintaining discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and various company teams, clients, and partners.
  • Help prioritize and manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Attend industry-related events, conferences, and meetings as needed, representing the CEO when necessary.
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning across all companies and departments.
  • Assist in the development and execution of company-wide initiatives and strategic projects.
Professional Skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous experience working in a multi-company environment (preferred but not required)
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role, supporting senior leadership
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external stakeholders
  • Ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and tasks
  • Proficient in Google Suite and familiarity with project management tools with the ability to learn and implement new softwares.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential in this role.

A typical hiring range for this position is $30 - $45 USD per year with the final offer based on your qualifications, job-related skills, and relevant experience.
