We are seeking a passionate and strategic Sales Trainer to help elevate the skills of our growing sales team.
Job Description
As a Sales Trainer at EarthCam, you will:
- Design, deliver, and continuously refine engaging training programs that enhance sales performance and product knowledge
- Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual training sessions covering sales techniques, CRM tools, and product positioning
- Partner with Sales Managers to identify skill gaps, provide targeted coaching, and onboard new team members
- Leverage performance data and KPIs to assess training effectiveness and adjust learning initiatives accordingly
- Stay current with trends in sales enablement, SaaS, and construction technology to evolve EarthCam’s sales training strategy

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in sales training or sales leadership (preferably in B2B, SaaS, or construction tech)
- Proven ability to create and deliver impactful training content
- Strong knowledge of CRM platforms, especially Salesforce
- Excellent coaching, communication, and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
