Position Overview:
The Finance Manager will serve as a primary leader and owner of financial support for the Marketing function. Their team is responsible for assisting our Marketing partners in making informed decisions through financial assessment of strategic marketing activities and tactics, new products, and pricing. They will also play a key role in assessing revenue trends for the business and contributing to revenue budgeting and forecasting used in our financial model. They will manage and be accountable for leading the development and activities of financial analysts living at the center of Dutch Bros’ focus on driving results through data-fueled analytics. Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, required. A Master's degree or MBA may be preferred but not required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance or accounting
Comfortable working in ambiguous scenarios and leading change management across the organization
Ability to think strategically with and evaluate business processes to provide swift solutions and recommendations
MS Office Suite experience, with strong skills in Excel
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics or other ERP systems knowledge
PowerBI experience a plus
Ability to both work independently and contribute positively in a team environment
Location Requirement:
This role is located in Tempe, Arizona. This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs); Fridays are optional remote work days.
Key Result Areas (KRAs):
Partner with assigned business group(s) and serve as key subject matter expert around budgets and expenses
Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis for company spend
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes for SG&A, including developing financial projections, analyzing variances, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Plays a critical role in the annual planning process by partnering with both internal and external stakeholders
Provides financial and decision-making support by analyzing financial operations, identifying business trends, making recommendations to leadership and performing ad-hoc financial modeling, including sensitivity analyses
Identify opportunities to reduce cost through detailed analytical analysis
Effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment on financial goals and initiatives.
Assist in corporate payroll budgeting and reporting, providing key visibility to business leaders
Manage capital expenditures for corporate and non-shop level expenses, including tracking budgets and expected benefits
Assist and collaborate on key initiatives, ensuring FP&A is supporting and tracking key business investments/benefits

Physical Requirements:
In-Office Environment: Must be able to work in a busy, crowded, and loud office with frequent distractions and interruptions
Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
Office Conditions: Adaptability to typical office conditions, which may include exposure to air conditioning, heating, artificial lighting, and varying noise levels
Mobility: Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches. Must be able to occasionally move or lift office items up to 25 pounds
Hearing Requirements: Hearing must be sufficient or correctable to ensure clear understanding of spoken information, including participating in virtual meetings and phone calls. Use of hearing aids or other assistive devices is acceptable if needed.
Reading and Writing Proficiency: Ability to read and write in English is essential for processing documents, drafting reports, and following up on necessary actions. Proficiency in written communication is required to handle job-related tasks effectively.
Vision Requirements: Vision must be adequate or correctable to perform essential job duties, such as reading documents on a computer screen and using other visual tools. Use of corrective lenses or other measures to meet visual requirements is expected if needed.
Technology Proficiency: Must be proficient in operating a computer and other office productivity tools such as printers, scanners, and collaboration software.
Effective Communication: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders via email, video conferencing, and other in office communication tools.
Compensation:
$130,855.49 - DOE
