Role Overview
DSI Systems Inc., the nation's largest home services distributor, is expanding! We are seeking ambitious and driven individuals for our Inside Sales Enablement position. This role is critical to our sales operations, providing vital support to our sales team and helping to deliver exceptional customer experience.
As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging prospective customers, presenting AT&T wireless and internet solutions, and closing sales over the phone. This role is focused on driving revenue through consultative selling, accurate order entry, and proactive customer follow-up. You'll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with opportunities for career growth and uncapped commission potential.
Travel or office requirements: This position will be in our Richardson office.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve and Exceed Sales Goals: Own your performance. Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets by delivering top-tier solutions to both small business and residential customers
- Conduct High-Impact Customer Interactions: Handle inbound and outbound calls, identify customer needs, present appropriate solutions, and close sales efficiently
- Master the Pitch: Confidently present AT&T wireless and internet services, tailor your approach to each customer, and convert inquiries into loyal customers
- Engage & Convert: Handle inbound and outbound calls with energy and focus. Ask the right questions, overcome objections, and seal the deal
- Be the Expert: Stay sharp on AT&T’s latest promotions, plans, and products so you can deliver accurate, persuasive information that drives urgency and action
- Close the Loop: Complete all sales activities from start to finish—including order entry and account setup—to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Build the Pipeline: Proactively follow up with prospects, capitalize on warm leads, and keep your funnel full

- Bilingual (Preferred): Spanish proficiency is a plus but not required
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven Sales Experience: 1–2 years of successful sales experience, ideally in business or consumer environments, including wireless, internet, or other subscription-based services
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, present solutions clearly, and confidently close sales over the phone
- Tech-Savvy & Organized: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and comfortable using CRM systems or sales platforms to manage daily activity and pipeline
- Relevant Industry Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with wireless, broadband, video, or security services is a plus and will support a quicker ramp-up in the role
