DSA Doors, the premium wood door manufacturing company in the United States, is looking for customer-oriented person to join us in our Raleigh, NC office. We have an excellent opportunity within our sales team our Standard Sales Specialist. You will be the point-of-contact for our customers to provide sales and support of our standard-stock products. You need to be eager to learn, ready to provide top-notch customer service and sell our quality products and be ready for other tasks as assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the sales group. The position is full-time with benefits, plus an opportunity to earn sales bonus!!!
This is an On-Site position based in Raleigh.
Responsibilities:
- Handle complete order processing from initial inquiry, selecting items, price quoting, order entry, shipping details, delivery addresses, completing sales order and sign off.
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers' needs and interests.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Consult with customers after sales or order confirmation to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support.
- Provide customers with product samples and catalogs.
- Keep up with product and service information and updates.
- Explains features of products and services.
- Collaborates with team members to ensure monthly order goals are met.

Requirements
Experience you’ll bring:
- Associates degree or previous experience in customer service or inside sales
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word
- Strong communication & presentation skills, influencing, negotiating, analytical thinking, time management skills are essential
We’ll be excited if you have:
- 2+ years inside sales or customer service experience in selling doors or building materials industry
- Sage 100 or Sage CRM experience
