Summary of Duties: Responsible for international Operations and Service Assessment program in supported region. Organize coaching and calibration sessions with Master Franchisees to ensure local consistency with global scoring criteria. Provide internal periodic reporting to regional business teams for Operations and Service Assessment programs on compliance and performance vs. goals. Support International Certification program for international coaches. Conduct virtual calibrations by reviewing official OSA (Operations and Service Assessments) submissions and benchmarking against customer feedback and food safety evaluations. Conduct operations listening and best practice calls to connect international Ops leaders. Deliver guidance and coach international organizations on best practices to excel business. Deploy Operations Innovations. Partner with regional business teams and Master Franchisees to implement key operations innovations (e.g., Cutting Edge) within supported region. Develop Inspirational Operations Resources to Drive Business Forward. Create and implement Operating Standards to meet demands of evolving business. Manage and evolve Ops and Service Assessment program to measure fundamentals of business. Develop robust reporting to summarize positive and constructive operational findings shared with Master Franchisee and DPI partners. Curate content for International Operations toolkit, teaching fundamentals to exceptional operations. Coordinate and execute regional awards and fastest pizza maker programs. Support international awards selection committee to determine annual winners. Manage WFPM (World’s Fastest Pizza Maker) communication and schedule for in-person/virtual competitions in designated region. Partner with Business Managers to judge and identify WFPM regional winners. This is an individual contributor position. Position does not have direct management or supervisory duties.

5% domestic and 20% international travel required.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in International Business, Business Analytics or related field of study and 5 years of progressive experience in international franchise operations.

Applicants must have demonstrated experience with the following:

1. food service franchise operations standards, policies, and procedures.
2. business management of multi-store franchises.
3. communications with both senior leaders and field-based operators.
4. working with cross-functional teams and influencing franchisees on international policies and business development strategies.
5. analyzing and evaluating business needs to make data-based recommendations to improve operations.
6. consulting on business concepts including product quality, food safety, image, and customer service.
7. analyzing retail or restaurant store design to make recommendations for efficiency and productivity improvements.
8. consulting and evaluating organizational structure and operational systems.

*Hybrid position requiring weekly onsite work Monday through Thursday in Ann Arbor office*
