The Go-Together EdTech Accelerator:

Go-Together is a 26-week programme designed to assist EdTech startups by offering 6 weeks of diagnosis followed by 20 weeks of acceleration. Each startup will receive personalised coaching from experienced coaches, aiming to define and achieve key objectives based on their business mission and capabilities. Our goal is to foster a thriving ecosystem of EdTech innovators, ensuring startups have the resources and support needed to thrive.

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned strategy executive to join our team in Singapore as a Strategy Manager, Strategic Planning & Interpreter in the social impact division focused on supporting EdTech startups. This role requires a high level of strategic thinking and cross-cultural communication skills, supporting the CEO directly while shaping and executing mid- to long-term strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning

  • Develop and implement the mid- to long-term vision and roadmap for the company’s global EdTech social impact programs.
  • Conduct market research, establish KPIs, and design performance management systems.
  • Draft and manage quarterly and annual business plans in line with strategic objectives.
  • Ensure our company mission and business are aligned.

2. CEO Interpretation & Communication

  • Provide business interpretation between the CEO and global teams based in Singapore, London, and other regions.
  • Support communication with global partners in Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
  • Interpret at local events, partnership meetings, and during international collaboration.

3. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Coordinate internal and external communications.
  • Facilitate alignment and coordination between internal teams (e.g., project, finance, marketing) and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in establishing partnerships with global collaborators, NGOs, and government entities.
  • Oversee risk management and proactively address challenges in key projects.

Experience

  • Experience in strategy, growth, strategic planning or corporate strategy.
  • Experience living abroad and working in multinational or global organizations is beneficial.
  • Korean speaking is essential, with strong business-level English proficiency, especially in interpretation and communication.
  • Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Preferred

  • Experience managing multinational projects.
  • Familiarity with the EdTech or startup ecosystem, with an existing network in the industry.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO – Korean)

  • Salary market rate, depending on experience.  Up to 150,000 Singapore dollar ideally
