Position Overview:

We’re looking for a curious, collaborative, and detail-oriented Product Management Intern to join our team for Summer 2025. If you’re excited about solving real-world problems, working closely with talented teammates, and learning the ins and outs of product development in a fast-paced startup, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in writing and refining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Support competitive research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
  • Help define and track feature metrics, success criteria, and product usage data.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to support feature planning and execution.
  • Document internal tools, workflows, and release notes for new product features.
  • Conduct QA testing and file bugs or UX improvements before feature launches.
  • Participate in user research sessions and help summarize learnings for the product team.
  • Help support and maintain our user feedback, help center, and support materials.
  • Stay organized across multiple projects using tools like Notion, Linear, UserPilot or Pendo and Figma.
  • Bring a nimble mindset, a collaborative approach, and a sense of humor to a fast-paced, cross-functional team.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication skills—able to clearly document product requirements, write user stories, and summarize insights
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data from user feedback, usage metrics, and research to inform decisions
  • Comfortable navigating tools like Notion, Figma, and/or ticketing systems like Linear or Jira
  • Familiarity with product development concepts such as agile methodologies, MVPs, user testing, and feature prioritization
  • Interest in or exposure to construction tech, collaboration tools, or workflow automation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Proactive and curious—asks good questions, brings ideas to the table, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
  • Empathetic collaborator with a growth mindset and an eagerness to learn from cross-functional teammates

The Details:

This internship position is scheduled to begin in June 2025 and will last for 12 weeks, with a commitment of 20-30 hours per week. The compensation ranges from $20 to $25 per hour, depending on experience. The internship will be conducted remotely using platforms such as Google Meet or Zoom. Candidates who live near our office in Vancouver, WA, have the option to work on-site if they prefer. We will provide all necessary equipment, including a laptop, to ensure you have everything needed to succeed in this role.
