Job Description:

Key responsibilities:

• Lead one or more significant client relationships, ensuring strategic alignment, creative excellence, and strong results.

• Act as a primary point of contact for senior-level clients; build trust and credibility through business acumen and partnership.

• Guide internal teams across disciplines to deliver integrated, insight-driven work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

• Open new avenues for integration and evolving our capability mix on any given client to drive both retention and organic growth.

• Ensure operational excellence through efficient scoping, budgeting, and delivery, in partnership with Project Management and Finance.

• Lead select new business pitches and agency growth efforts, including RFIs/RFPs, pitch strategy, and proposal development.

• Collaborate with the Chief Growth Officer and cross-functional leads to shape win strategies and tailor agency offerings.

• Coordinate and assemble pitch teams across the agency; manage timelines and deliverables throughout the process.

• Engage with external consultants and prospective clients throughout the pitch process.

• Contribute to agency positioning, marketing, and business development strategy in collaboration with the growth and marketing teams.

• Help manage pitch budgets and support efforts to close deals that align with agency capabilities and financial targets.

What you will need:

• 10+ years of experience in integrated marketing, advertising, or related fields.

• Proven track record of leading large, complex client relationships with strategic and creative success.

• Experience leading or heavily contributing to new business efforts, from pitch development through to deal close.

• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing across channels (TV, digital, social, content, OOH, etc.).

• Strong financial and operational acumen, including budget oversight and resourcing.

The annual base salary range for this position is $171,500 - $286,000. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation.
