This Sr. Human Resources Business Partner is an onsite role in Chaska, Minnesota, one of our fastest growing locations in the US.  This role reports to the Director, HR North American Operations and provides support for our Chaska-based Immunoassay Reagents Manufacturing leader and organization.  This role is part of the North American Operations Human Resources team, working to deliver strategic HR projects and lead annual processes.  The role is onsite and will partner with other HR professionals supporting the business and enabling functions.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Coach and develop leaders through key people related topics, including Workforce Planning, Engagement, Inclusion, Talent Management & Development initiatives
  • Collaborate with COE’s in Employee Relations, Compensation, Talent Management, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and Inclusion teams, leveraging their expertise to build and implement people strategies for client groups
  • Leverage metrics and KPIs, using established tools and creative data analytics to drive and sustain actionable change
  • Support Beckman Coulter as an employer of choice in the Twin Cities marketplace

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of experience, OR Master’s degree with 7+ years of experience
  • A Human Resources background spanning all aspects of the discipline, including employee relations, compensation, talent management, coaching/consulting with leaders, learning and recruiting.
  • Experience in an environment where HR is transforming to a shared service model enabling HRBP’s to drive strategy for the business
  • Thought partnership and change management experience, leading businesses through growth and expansion
  • Demonstrated experience in LEAN, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement environment
  • Experience with Workday HRIS
  • Strong project management skills

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in chemistry manufacturing, and/or regulated (FDA, DCAA) industries
  • Certifications in HR and/or LEAN / Six Sigma

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $120,000 - $145,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
