We're looking for a creative, hands-on Visual Merchandising Field Manager to bring our brand to life across retail locations. You'll be responsible for executing visual standards, implementing monthly styling direction, and managing signage from creation to in-store delivery. This role bridges creative vision with operational execution to ensure a consistent and inspiring customer experience.
This role is challenging – above and beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you’ll have a big role within a fast-paced team.
This position will report into the Visual Merchandising Manager.
\n- Field Execution & Brand Compliance
- Visit and audit Utah retail locations regularly to ensure visual merchandising standards and brand guidelines are met.
- Provide in-person training, feedback, and support to store teams on styling, signage placement, and floor presentation.
- Act as the liaison between stores and the central creative/visual team.
- Support seasonal floorsets with visual team.
- Assist in creation and distribution of visual direction.
- Promotional & Visual Execution:
- Coordinate the creation, production, and distribution of in-store promotional signage.
- Work directly with print vendors to manage signage and window vinyl timelines, budget and delivery logistics.
- Implement monthly styling direction and seasonal floor set updates in collaboration with the visual teams.
- Project Management & Communication:
- Own and manage all Wrike project tickets related to visual merchandising and creative requests. This will include project tickets, kick off meetings and final approval.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of the weekly visual newsletter, ensuring consistent updates, direction, and execution guidelines for all stores.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, operations, pricing and creative teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and initiatives.
- 3-5 years of visual merchandising experience in a multi-store or field-based role.
- Strong creative eye with solid project management skills.
- Experience with Wrike, Adobe In Design or similar tools a plus.
- Comfortable with travel and working independently.
- Strong communication skills with multiple cross functional partners.
- Proactive in recognizing issues and implementing alternative strategies.
