About the Role

Join one of the fastest-growing and most innovative companies in Atlanta! CRISP is seeking a high-energy, detail-obsessed, and people-loving Recruiting Coordinator to help fuel our next phase of growth. You'll manage the logistics, scheduling, and administrative aspects of the hiring process, allowing our Head of Recruiting and Senior Recruiter to focus on strategic talent acquisition as we scale from $55M to $100M.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. You’ll be the go-to expert for managing our applicant tracking system, scheduling interviews, organizing candidate data and feedback, and coordinating all onsite logistics - including giving top-notch office tours that reflect CRISP’s high-performance culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of interview scheduling in a high-volume environment, including coordinating complex calendars across hiring managers, interview panels, and candidates.

  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by entering candidate information, updating job postings, and ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through prompt, professional, personable communication and efficient interview coordination.

  • Prepare and centralize interview materials for hiring teams, including resumes, interview guides, and evaluation forms.

  • Coordinate candidate travel.

  • Host candidates and manage day-of onsite interview logistics.

  • Coordinate pre-employment processes including reference checks, background screenings, and offer letter preparation.

  • Track recruiting metrics and compile regular reports on hiring pipeline, time-to-fill, and other key performance indicators.

  • Assist with onboarding logistics to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Support recruitment events, job fairs, and other talent acquisition initiatives as needed.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase recruiting efficiency.

  • Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods/trends and AI.

  • Become an ambassador of the CRISP brand to the extent that you can speak informatively and intelligently about our business and culture with candidates.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a professional setting as a Recruiting Coordinator, HR support, EA, or similar administrative role.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems.

  • Proficiency with G Suite.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an ability to speak in front of audiences.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Positive, Charismatic, Team-First attitude.

  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling across multiple stakeholders.

  • Proactive problem-solving approach and ability to work independently.

  • Strong knowledge of recruiting pipelines and best practices.

  • Familiarity with social media, especially LinkedIn.

Pluses:

  • Experience with Ashby, Notion, and Metaview.

  • Experience working in the Legal, Consulting, and/or Professional Services Industry.

  • Experience in the Event/Hospitality Industry.

  • Experience in creating marketing materials/digital assets.

  • Experience with Social Media Management.

  • BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
