We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Vice President (RVP) to support our portfolio companies across the West region.


Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Operational Performance

  • P&L / EBITDA Management - Oversee the financial performance of all firms in the region, ensuring sustainable revenue & profitable growth.

  • Performance Metrics:  Monitor and optimize key business KPIs, including client acquisition and retention, employee acquisition and retention, and productivity.

  • Forecasting & Budgeting:  Partnering with corporate finance and Partner Firms to develop and adhere to quarterly forecast and annual budgets.

  • Strategic Growth & Organizational Standardization           

  • Growth Lever Initiatives & Cross Selling - Identify and prioritize firm growth initiatives, including cross selling, additional services, talent acquisition, etc.

  • Best Practices Identification & Implementation:  Standardize processes across service lines (Tax, Audit, Attest, Bookkeeping, CAS, etc.) to improve efficiency.                                      

  • M&A Development & support:  Identify and foster regional relationships to drive additional M&A | tent pole, tuck-in acquisitions, and referrals.                                                     

Organizational Leadership                                                                                                 

  • Establishing the Cultural and human capital to support the brand ethos

  • Change Management & Integration Support to ensure smooth integrations of people, process and technologies to support client, employee, and profit growth.                                  

  • Accountability & Performance Standards- establish, monitor, and coach performance standards across the organization.                                                                                                                                               


Professional Experience Requirements:

  • 10+ Years Leadership Experience                                                        

  • CPA, MBA, Consulting or equivalent                                                    

  • Accounting Firm, PE-Backed, high growth                                                        

  • Proven Track Record of growth                                             

  • Experience in multiple business units                                                 


Skills/Knowledge Requirements

  • Excellent communication & stakeholder mgmt                                               

  • Strong understanding of Accounting Firms                                                      

  • Strong Financial Accumen                                                       

  • Demonstrated Growth Track Record                                                  

  • Skilled human performance accountability                                                      

  • Strong IT Systems, Tech stack integration                                                        


Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position; remote with preference for candidates located in Colorado, Arizona, California, Washington, Oregon and living near a major airport

  • Frequent Travel to Regional Network Firms in the West, Corporate HQ(s), and Industry Events


This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.

We are excited to invite talented individuals to join our dynamic team! This position offers a competitive salary range of $250,000-$270,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position qualifies for an annual performance bonus and awarded incentive units.
