Your Role: In this exciting position, you will oversee our sales operations in the Detroit market while driving growth and revenue generation. Your ability to develop strategic sales plans and lead a talented team will be crucial to achieving our goals. You’ll also play a vital role in shaping our company culture and operational excellence.
- Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, cultivating a positive and engaging work environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and independent contractors to ensure success.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements and maximize profitability.
- Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure financial health.
- Empower your team with ongoing training, mentoring, and support to realize their full potential.
- Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and drive client satisfaction.

- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and operations, demonstrating a track record of driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious goals.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels.
- Proficient with business software tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) for efficient operations.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing for effective project management.
- A collaborative approach with a focus on creating team synergy and operational excellence.
- Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
- A passion for delivering results and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
