Your Role: In this exciting position, you will oversee our sales operations in the Detroit market while driving growth and revenue generation. Your ability to develop strategic sales plans and lead a talented team will be crucial to achieving our goals. You’ll also play a vital role in shaping our company culture and operational excellence.

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, cultivating a positive and engaging work environment.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our growth objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and independent contractors to ensure success.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive improvements and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee the sales forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting processes to ensure financial health.
  • Empower your team with ongoing training, mentoring, and support to realize their full potential.
  • Collaborate across departments to enhance service delivery and drive client satisfaction.

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and operations, demonstrating a track record of driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team toward achieving ambitious goals.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient with business software tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems) for efficient operations.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, allowing for effective project management.
  • A collaborative approach with a focus on creating team synergy and operational excellence.
  • Comfortable with public speaking and presenting ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A passion for delivering results and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of the business.
