About the Role

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Receptionist is to courteously welcome and assist patients and visitors, ensuring they are accurately directed to their appropriate destinations using the designated visitor check-in system. This role also provides administrative support in the absence of the supervisor to maintain smooth front desk operations.

Responsibilities

• Greets patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner

• Assists individuals by providing directions and information about their destinations within the facility

• Utilizes the visitor check-in system to ensure proper tracking and access

• Maintains a welcoming and organized front desk environment

• Provides administrative and operational support during the supervisor’s absence

• Helps ensure seamless front desk operations and a positive customer experience

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

Required:

• • • Experience in hospitality preferred

    • High School Diploma or equivalent required

    • Strong computer skills required to perform daily operations

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional demeanor

    • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

    • Demonstrated customer service experience and strong phone etiquette

    • Bilingual skills preferred

Compensation (NJ Job Transparency Law)

The expected salary for this position is ($18.37) per hour, in accordance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Law; final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
