Circle City ABA is now hiring for a Digital Marketing Specialist.

In this hybrid office and remote position, you will execute and optimize paid digital campaigns, manage CRM workflows, and provide day-to-day support on tactical marketing operations that align with Circle City ABA’s mission and marketing goals.

Digital Marketing Specialist Responsibilities:

Google Ads

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across multiple locations (ad copy, visuals, targeting, and performance).
• Track and report on ad metrics including keyword success, click-through rates, and campaign ROI.
• Monitor and align paid ad spend with the allocated monthly marketing budget.
• Manage Unbounce landing pages and collaborate on adjustments to improve conversions and SEO alignment.

HubSpot (CRM & Automation)

• Build and deploy HubSpot email campaigns (newsletters, lead nurture, drip sequences).
• Conduct routine HubSpot maintenance, including:
• Contact source attribution
• Workflow automation
• Lifecycle stage tracking
• Use HubSpot to analyze lead behavior and improve campaign targeting.
• Schedule and post social media content according to the approved monthly calendar (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).

Google Business Profile (GMB)

• Maintain and update Google My Business listings for a designated set of locations (holiday hours, event posts, branded photos).
• Monitor and respond to reviews and reputation feedback across platforms for those locations.

Campaign Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Maintain and manage internal marketing materials and promotional assets (flyers, templates, branded items) for use by admissions, hiring, clinical, and operational teams — staying within budget.
• Support the execution of seasonal campaigns and high-impact promotions.
• Collaborate regularly with the Marketing & Communications Manager to ensure alignment across digital advertising and organic/SEO strategies.

Requirements

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing (or related field) Required
• 1-2 years of Relevant Work Experience Preferred
• Google Ads Certification Required
• Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment background screening process

Location Requirements:

Hybrid In Office / Remote Position

Based within reasonable commute time from Indianapolis, Indiana
