FLSA Status: Exempt
Shift: 2nd Shift – Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight

Central Moloney is looking for a hands-on, driven 2nd Shift Production Manager to lead operations in our flagship Pine Bluff facility. If you're ready to grow a team, drive results, and be the kind of leader others want to follow—this could be your next move.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead the 2nd shift production team—drive safety, output, and quality goals
  • Coach and support supervisors and frontline staff (think: lead by example)
  • Monitor and report daily KPIs—hit goals, solve problems, and keep things moving
  • Partner with Maintenance, HR, and Quality to resolve issues and drive improvement
  • Own shift communication: Set clear expectations, celebrate wins, and course-correct when needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience, including team supervision and scheduling.
  • Strong knowledge of production KPIs, quality, and safety practices.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles (5S, Kaizen, continuous improvement).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production tracking systems.
  • Comfortable leading in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to Midnight, with flexibility to support business needs.

Working Conditions:

  • Manufacturing environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and variable temperatures.
  • Requires regular standing, walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and a visible floor presence.
  • PPE must be worn at all times: gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, safety toe footwear.
