Marketing Manager

Broccoli AI San Francisco Full-time
$80,000
per year

Job Description

Broccoli is building the AI-native operating system for home service businesses. Running a plumbing or HVAC company is chaotic—calls, scheduling, dispatch, follow-ups, marketing. We automate all of it so contractors can focus on what they do best: serving customers.

Our AI agents handle both revenue and ops—answering phones 24/7, booking jobs in real time, following up on leads, and alerting techs when emergencies hit.

We’ve grown from 0 to 200+ contractors in under a year, raised an unannounced round led by a Tier 1 VC to take on one of the biggest labor automation opportunities in the country.

Our Culture

We move fast. We talk to customers every day.

At Broccoli, we value:

  • Customer Empathy – We feel our customers' pain and build with their problems in mind.

  • Speed – We move fast because speed forces simplicity and sharp focus on what truly matters.

  • Humility – We stay humble, let the work speak, and never assume we have all the answers.

What You’ll Own

We’re looking for a hands-on, creative Marketing Manager to lead the charge on brand, content, and events at Broccoli. You’ll be the force behind our public voice — turning customer wins into content, helping us show up big at tradeshows, and making sure everything from our social presence to our website screams "category leader."

You’ll work directly with the CEO, to bring our brand to life in ways that resonate with plumbing, HVAC, and electrical contractors — and drive trust, credibility, and conversion.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Social Media: Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube — turning customer stories into short-form posts, videos, and reels.

  • Event Marketing: Own end-to-end tradeshow logistics including booth setup, swag, shipping, registration, and lead capture coordination.

  • Website: Keep the website updated with fresh copy, testimonials, and visuals that reflect our evolving product and brand.

  • Partnerships & Referrals: Coordinate co-marketing campaigns with partners and scale our referral program with creative incentives and automated follow-ups.

  • Design: Design lightweight marketing assets in Canva or Figma and manage external designers for larger projects when needed.

You Might Be a Fit If You...

  • Have 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally at a startup or small team where you wore many hats

  • Have executed campaigns across content, events, website, and social media

  • Are fast, self-sufficient, and thrive in scrappy environments — you don’t wait for permission, you just get things done

  • Know how to write sharp copy and create visuals that actually convert

  • Bonus: You’ve worked in SMB verticals like home services, or created marketing that speaks to non-tech audiences
