About the Role

As an Implementation Manager at Broccoli, you’ll own the onboarding experience for new customers—from setup to success. You’ll be the bridge between our AI agents and real-world HVAC, plumbing, and electrical businesses, helping them go live smoothly, see results fast, and get real value from day one.

Your Core Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding for new customers, setting up their AI agents to handle calls, book jobs, and integrate with their CRM (like ServiceTitan).

  • Customize prompt flows and voice logic, tailoring AI conversations to match the business’s tone, processes, and goals.

  • Train business owners and office managers on how to get the most from their AI agents—covering best practices, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.

  • Monitor early adoption closely, spot red flags, and make sure each account hits key milestones within the first 30–60 days.

  • Work cross-functionally with product and engineering to share feedback and continuously improve AI behavior and workflows.

You Might Be a Fit If You

  • 3+ years in onboarding, customer success, or technical implementation—ideally at a fast-paced SaaS, automation, or AI company.

  • Strong communicator—you can explain AI and tech in a way that makes sense to non-technical users.

  • Organized and process-oriented—you manage multiple accounts in parallel and constantly improve onboarding playbooks.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed—you move fast, solve problems proactively, and help define how we scale.
